On the morning of July 29th, 2025, in Dong Anh, Hanoi, the Topping-out ceremony for the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases Construction Project - Phase 2 was successfully held, marking a significant milestone in the project's completion process, soon putting the project into service for medical examination, treatment and health care for the people. The Project Investment and Development Center (T.DA) of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., JSC) has been entrusted with the role of supervision consultant and quality assurance for this important project.

This is the most official, prestigious, and longest-standing award in the State award system for architecture, organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This project, with a total investment of nearly 7.5 trillion VND, spans the Hai An, Duong Kinh, and Kien An districts. It is a project of significant importance, poised to create a breakthrough in the city's socio-economic and urban development. The event also serves to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025).
