On the occasion of the Lunar New Year - the Year of the Wood Dragon 2024, the leaders of the Party, State, and the City visited, extended Tet greetings, and encouraged the engineers and workers at the key projects in Hanoi and Hai Phong: Ring Road No. 4 - Capital Area project and the Political-Administrative Center and Conference-Performance Center project on the northern bank of the Cam River in Hai Phong. As part of the schedule to inspect the progress of construction projects for critical transportation infrastructure in the southern region during the Lunar New Year, on February 12th and 13th, 2024 (the 3rd and 4th day of the Lunar New Year), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conducted inspections of the construction execution of the T3 Terminal - Tan Son Nhat International Airport Project (Ho Chi Minh City) and the extensive construction site of the Long Thanh International Airport Project (Dong Nai). On January 31st, 2024, the construction project of the Students’ Accommodation Building - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, situated at 135 Nguyen Phong Sac, Nghia Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi, successfully reached its topping out phase after more than 13 months of construction, exceeding the initial schedule by 50 days. On the morning of December 24th, at Dien Bien Airport, the Committee for State Capital Management at Enterprises, the Ministry of Transport, and the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province held the inauguration ceremony for the Dien Bien Airport Expansion Investment Project, which was invested in by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV). The project has an important significance in celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and the 80th anniversary of the traditional day of the Transport Sector. Construction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4) has successfully completed the task of project supervision consultancy.
