On November 7^th, 2017, at the CONINCO office, the contract signing ceremony of the package XL-01 of the Project CONINCO TOWER between CONINCO and Delta Civil & Industrial Construction Co., Ltd. The project CONINCO TOWER is located at No.4, Ton That Tung street, Dong Da district, Hanoi and the tower will be a new home, the headquarters of CONINCO in the near future.

On the morning of December 27^th, 2017, at the CONINCO TOWER project site located at No. 4 Ton That Tung Street, Hanoi, CONINCO in coordination with DELTA officially organized the ground breaking ceremony of test pile for the project of CONINCO TOWER.

In order to improve the capacity of patient reception and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment at Cho Ray hospital, the Cho Ray Hospital signs a contract with the consortium of companies: AZUSA SEKKEI, Oriental Consultants Global (OCG), SHIP HEALTHCARE Research & Consulting (SHIP) (Japan) and CONINCO (Vietnam) to perform the procurement consultancy and supervision construction for the Project of Cho Ray Vietnam - Japan Friendship Hospital on December 26^th, 2017.
