CONINCO announces new chairman and CEO

Consulting and Inspection JSC of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) approved several important resolutions at a board meeting on December 8. Ha Minh, a board member, was elected chairman of the board, replacing Phan Ngoc Cuong. At the same meeting, the board also named Le Thi Ngoc Bich as vice chairwoman. On the executive team, the board passed a resolution appointing Nguyen Dang Quang as CEO, replacing Nguyen Manh Tuan from December 8. Tuan will continue to serve as the company's deputy CEO.

With the deepest sorrow, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) and his family announce the passing of: Mr. NGUYEN VAN CONG - Born in 1960Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction T - echnology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC); Vice Chairman, General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Structural Engineering and Construction Technology (VASECT); Former Member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction (MoC) (for the terms of 2005 - 2010 and 2010 - 2015); Former Member of the Standing Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction (MoC) (for the term of 2015 - 2020). After a period of serious illness, despite the dedicated medical care from professors and doctors and the devoted care of his family, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong passed away at 19:46 on June 16th, 2025 (the 21st day of the 5th lunar month, Year of Yi Si), in the Federal Republic of Germany, at the age of 66.

On July 24^th, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO organized a seminar to kick off the Passenger Terminal project - Long Thanh International Airport. The purpose of the seminar was to disseminate information on the project's role, importance, and significance to the company's officials, increase understanding, and encourage company officials to participate in the project. This is one of the national key projects, with an international scale, complex technical requirements, and high professionalism and expertise in design and construction supervision. As the consulting unit responsible for reviewing the construction drawing design and project supervision, with the goal of ensuring maximum quality and safety for the project, CONINCO will concentrate its resources, regularly improve the quality of personnel, and closely connect to complete the important tasks at this key project. The seminar was held in person and online at the 11th floor conference room of CONINCO Tower, with the participation of Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong, Board Member and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan, members of the Executive Board, and interested officials.
