On September 21, 2023, the Project Steering Committee of the North-South Expressway, under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC), conducted an inspection of the progress of the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang section of the project. The project starts at Km514+300, connecting with the endpoint of the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi section (located in Thach Xuan commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province). The endpoint is at Km568+496.07, connecting with the starting point of the Vung Ang - Bung section (located in Ky Tan commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province). The total length of the route is approximately 54.20 km, constructed according to the 120-grade expressway standards, with a design speed of 120 km/h. The design phase is divided into stages, with a speed limit of 80 km/h. The total investment for the project is 9,734.62 billion Vietnamese dong. The Major Construction Projects Management Center (T.QD) is the direct unit responsible for the supervision and consultancy work of the project.

On the morning of August 15^th, 2023, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the contract for "Construction Supervision and Project Management Consultancy" took place between the Investor - Thai Binh Tourism One Member Company Limited and Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO for the Huong Binh Cable Car Line construction project. The project aims to connect the Huong Son scenic area (Huong Pagoda) - a special national monument in My Duc District (Hanoi) with Tien Pagoda (a national monument) in Phu Nghia Commune. It is expected to bring about new tourism products and contribute to the local and regional economic and social transformation.

On the morning of August 15^th, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO organized the kick-off ceremony for the Consulting Delegation for supervision and assessment of the construction drawing design of the Passenger Terminal and Airport Management System - Component Project 3 - Phase 1 of the Long Thanh International Airport construction investment project. The ceremony took place both in-person and online at the 11th-floor auditorium hall of the CONINCO Tower headquarters, with the presence of Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong, Board Member and General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, Board Member and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan, members of the General Director's Office, consulting teams participating in the project, and interested officials. On the afternoon of August 31, 2023, items: Passenger Terminal Building; Runway; Taxiway, Apron of the Long Thanh International Airport Construction Project - Phase 1 and the item: Passenger terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport were simultaneously commenced construction. The groundbreaking ceremony for the two national key aviation projects was held in both in-person and online forms at two locations: Long Thanh - Dong Nai Province and Tan Son Nhat - Ho Chi Minh City. These are the most significant components of the two national key aviation projects. CONINCO Participates in the Inauguration Ceremony the North-South Expressway Section from Mai Son to National Route 45 Phan Thiet - Dau Giay

On the morning of April 29th, 2023, the Ministry of Transport held an online inauguration ceremony for the construction of the East side of the North-South Expressway project, Phase 2017-2020, from Mai Son to National Route 45 and Phan Thiet - Dau Giay. The ceremony took place at two locations: one at the intersection of Phan Thiet, Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province (part of the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay section), and the other at the southern entrance to the Thung Thi tunnel, Ha Linh Commune, Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province (part of the Mai Son - National Route 45 section). The joint venture between the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) and Institute of Road and Aerodrome has successfully completed the task of providing technical consulting and construction supervision services for the North-South Expressway section from Mai Son to National Route 45, ensuring that the project was completed on schedule and opened to traffic before April 30th, 2023.

On June 19^th, 2023, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil and Industrial Works of Thai Nguyen province and Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO signed the supervision consultancy contract for the project "Construction of the Head Office for the Provincial Agencies Complex in Thai Nguyen Province". This is one of the important projects of Thai Nguyen province to provide new, grand and modern facilities for the administrative agencies of the city; to enhance productivity, work efficiency and serve the people. Technology Transferring for Construction and Environment Center is the unit directly responsible for supervising the project.

On the morning of June 25th, 2023, the Ring Road 4 - Capital Area project was officially launched simultaneously at six locations in three localities: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and Hung Yen using an online connection method between four points in Hanoi and the organizing points of Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces. This project holds significant national importance, aimed at expanding space and promoting interregional connectivity for the common future development of the Capital Area and the country. The Center for Construction Management No.2 (CCM2), a subsidiary of CONINCO - Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment, serves as the direct consulting and supervising agency for the project.
